Hermes Agent · Last updated: October 4, 2026
Hermes Agent is a private, single-user automation tool operated by Michael Gomen on hardware he owns. It is not distributed publicly and has exactly one user: the account owner. This policy describes how it handles data obtained through Google APIs.
With the owner's explicit consent, the tool reads and manages Google Calendar events and Gmail messages belonging to that same account, using Google's official APIs and OAuth 2.0.
No Google user data is retained beyond what is needed to produce a briefing. Nothing is archived to external services.
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately invalidates the stored token.
This application's use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
